I am so very grateful to Scott and his hardworking crew for the incredible job they did restoring my home after a leaky water heater caused extensive damage. They responded very quickly to my panicked calls and took care of everything. I was especially impressed by the meticulous painting they did. If you have a home emergency, do yourself a favor and call Marlon at A+ Complete Restoration. These guys are true professionals!

Very thorough and professional service. Marlon helped me big time when I had a massive water main leak in my basement- installed a sump pump within 24 hours. Would recommend his team to anyone- thanks Marlon!!

We had a kitchen fire and in the aftermath, we contacted several restoration service providers who provided a huge range of opinions and had very poor follow-up. By some lucky chance, we connected with Marlon and he spent an hour on the phone giving us important information BEFORE coming out to assess our kitchen/apartment. That hour gave us the comfort we needed and the confidence that A+ was the right way to go. We hope we're never dealing with something like this again but if we do, A+ is on speed dial! So recently, my barbershop flooded after one of the pipes broke in the walls. I’ll be honest and say that we panicked before thinking of what to do. I was in a panic and looked up “my floors are flooding” and A+ Complete Restoration bought my eye. I called and Marlon answered the phone, talked me down, and told me what to do. Before I could even get a bucket of water out the door Marlon, Scott, Andrew, and their team came and took care of everything. INSURANCE AND ALL. I’ve never thought that I’d say this but they’ve my hero's. They saved my family’s livelihood!

The A+ team was amazing. Around 8am we discovered that our hot water tank in our basement had busted overnight, flooding our basement with about 6 inches of water. At 8:45, after frantic googling, I called the A+ team. By 10 they had arrived, and by noon the water was completely gone and we had an army of fans and dehumidifiers in the basement. They were clear about the process working with insurers, and made the experience as simple to deal with as it could be
